Refund policy

If a template is not right for you, tell us within 14 days of buying it and we will refund you.

How it works

• Email team@coreconcepts.design within 14 days of your purchase.
• Include your order number or the email address you bought with.
• We refund the full amount to your original payment method. Your bank or PayPal may take a few working days to show it.

After a refund

A refund ends your licence for that template. Please delete the files and take down any website built with it.

After 14 days

After 14 days we do not offer refunds for a change of mind, but we will always help with a real problem. If a template has a fault we cannot fix, we will refund you whenever you bought it.

This guarantee is in addition to any rights you have by law, which it does not replace or limit.
