We collect as little as we can. This page explains what we collect, why, and what you can do about it.
Who is responsible
Core Concepts runs this website and the shop at my.coreconcepts.design. You can reach us at team@coreconcepts.design.
This website
You can browse this website without an account and without giving us any personal details.
Our hosting provider (Vercel) keeps standard server logs, which include IP addresses, to deliver the site and keep it secure.
Fonts are loaded from Google Fonts, and the live demos on product pages are loaded from our demo sites hosted by Vercel. Loading them shares your IP address with those services, as with any web request.
We do not currently run analytics or advertising trackers on this website. If we add analytics, it will only load after you accept it in the cookie banner.
When you buy
Purchases are made on our shop at my.coreconcepts.design. To process an order we collect your name, email address, billing details and what you bought. We use this to deliver your files, provide updates and support, keep accounting records and meet our tax obligations.
Payments are handled by our payment providers (card processing and PayPal). We never see or store your full card number.
When you contact us
If you email us, we keep the conversation so we can answer you and refer back to it if you write again.
Why we are allowed to use your data
- To fulfil a contract with you: delivering your purchase, updates and support.
- To meet legal obligations: accounting and tax records.
- Our legitimate interest in running and securing the website.
- Your consent: analytics, when you accept it. You can withdraw consent at any time in Cookie settings.
How long we keep it
Order records are kept for as long as accounting and tax law requires. Support emails are kept for as long as they are useful for helping you, and then deleted. Server logs are kept for a short period by our hosting provider.
Who we share it with
Only the services we need to run the business: hosting, the shop platform, payment providers and email. We do not sell personal data and we do not share it for advertising.
Your rights
Depending on where you live, you have the right to ask for a copy of your data, to have it corrected or deleted, to object to or restrict how we use it, and to receive it in a portable format. You also have the right to complain to your local data protection authority.
